An injury. Two pink lines. One future neither of them planned for
Reid Hutchison knows how to hold the line. As the Colorado Storm’s veteran goalie, control has defined his career and his life. When an injury sidelines him, the last thing he expects is to be drawn into the orbit of Dr. Carina Park.
Carina is brilliant, disciplined, and fiercely guarded. As a senior orthopedic surgical resident in a high-pressure sports medicine clinic, she’s spent years earning her place in a world that rarely makes room for women like her.
What begins as a private, no-strings-attached connection deepens into something neither of them planned for when Carina finds herself pregnant. Her career suddenly hangs in the balance, and for the first time, control slips through her fingers.
For Reid, the question isn’t about obligation, but intention. As his career and identity begin to change, he’s forced to consider what he wants to grow and nurture, what he’s willing to protect, and the type of life he wants to build.
Over the Line is an age gap, strangers-to-lovers, accidental pregnancy pro hockey romance about about choice, roots, and the courage it takes to build a life that doesn’t follow the plan. Featuring a gruff but devoted goalie, a sharp heroine who refuses to shrink, and the Colorado Storm found family readers love.
As book four in the Colorado Storm series, it can also be read as a standalone.

One flood. One favor. A rule they’re both about to break
Talulah ‘Lulu’ Parnell has always been easy to underestimate. A sparkly, free-spirited teacher who talks with her hands and believes in celebrating everything, she’s used to being seen as soft. She’s also had a crush on her brother’s best friend and pro hockey teammate since forever.
Logan Miller has built his life around discipline and distance. The grumpy, gorgeous, emotionally allergic Colorado Storm defenseman lives for structure, silence, and rules. Especially the one about not touching his teammate’s little sister, Lulu.
Until she buys the house across the street. Until he starts asking for dog-sitting favors. Until a burst pipe turns her kitchen into a swimming pool—and his guest room into a very bad idea.
Letting Lulu stay with him while her house dries out feels like the right thing to do, until her streak of terrible dates turns into one very questionable idea for “lessons”.
He’s determined to stay detached. She’s determined to crack him. But proximity makes it hard to ignore what’s been simmering between them, and even harder to pretend it’s only temporary.
Somewhere between the acts of service, inside jokes, and lessons that stop being hypothetical, Logan realizes that falling for Lulu might not be a mistake at all.
Break The Ice is a grumpy x sunshine, secret relationship, brother’s teammate pro hockey romance filled with sharp banter, emotional spice, and lessons which have nothing to do with the classroom. Featuring the loveable Colorado Storm found family, a dog named Dusty, and the kind of love that feels like coming home. As book three in the Colorado Storm series, it can also be read as a standalone.

It Was Always You
I hate these author bio section thingies because they bore me—and if they bore me to write, chances are they probably bore you to read.
I write sports romance (currently), and if I update this again before my next series launches, then I’d also tell you I write firefighter romance. Growth 💁♀️
You probably already know what romance books generally include, so I won’t give you a spiel about stories full of heart, heat, and humor because… well, duh.
What I can tell you is that I grew up watching Roswell (the original, obviously) TV series in real-time (and those season cliffies were HARD), and I firmly believe season one was peak late-90s television viewing.
I’ve always loved the secondary/best friend characters more than the mains (think Pacey Witter, Cristina Yang, Summer Roberts, etc) because I connected with them more. They were usually given more humor, the weirder arcs and quirks, followed by unexpected depth and growth.
So I guess that's what I strive to achieve with what I write. I like the oddball, the banter and the funny found family situations the most—as well as a decent spice scene because, let's be honest, we were robbed of those parts in all of the best TV shows (understandable).
If you like kissing books that aren’t just about kissing, hockey romance written by someone who actually watches hockey (and can often be found ranting on Instagram about trades, rosters, injuries, and the playoffs—go Avs), or an author who is shyly planning to ask her local fire station for a tour so her firefighter books stay relatively accurate… then you might like my stories.
No pressure. But don’t tell me if you don’t, because I’ll cry.
Oh hey, it’s me!
Don’t be shy…
Me, every time someone signs up to my newsy.
